Returns & Exchanges

Don't love your new gear? Not the right fit? No problem! We will happily issue a credit note or exchange for you within 14 days of purchase.

The product must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and in reselable condition. 

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged we will happily issue a full refund and reimburse you for return postage costs. 

HOW TO RETURN

1. Please email us at customersupport@physiofitco.com.au with the subject line "Returns" and advise us if you would like a refund or exchange and reason for wanting to return.

2. Once your return is approved please post the items you are wishing to return to:

If you are returning due to change of mind you will be responsible for postage costs. 

3. Please allow 3 - 5 days for your return to be processed and refund / exchange to be issued. 

Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
